Luther will repair or replace any part that fails during the warranty period.
Wear and Tear/Existing Damages:
Reduced operation or reduced performance due to normal wear and tear, squeaks, and rattles (including all routine maintenance) or from existing damage to the vehicle.
Driver Damage, Manufacturer’s Warranty, or After-Market Parts:
Damage or breakdown due to collision, abuse, negligence, lack of adequate maintenance, hard-driving, vehicle misuse, fire, theft, vandalism, riot, explosion, or natural disaster; repairs or replacements subject to manufacturer’s warranty; breakdown of aftermarket accessories or non0original equipment, components and systems not installed by the manufacturer.
Oil Use, Tires & Alternative Fuels:
Oil use, clutch and related components, tires, and any vehicle retrofitted with aftermarket equipment to use alternative fuels including but not limited to LPG, CNG, Methanol, Ethanol, or RFG, or an engine designed to use diesel fuel.
Minor Imperfections/Glass:
Existing or subsequent dents, “dings”, scuffs, scratches, rust, paint imperfections, or other damage to the exterior of the vehicle, existing or subsequent tears, rips, scuffs, or other damage to all interior surfaces of the vehicles; damage to any glass and mirror surfaces.
Gasoline Engine:
All lubricated engine parts, intake manifolds, engine block, cylinder head, rotary engine housing, and ring gear.
Automatic Transmission:
Case, internal parts, and torque converter.
Case, internal parts, and torque converter.
Manual Transmission:
Case, internal parts.
Drive Axle:
Axle housing and internal parts, axle shafts, drive shafts, and output shafts along with universal joints, but excluding the secondary drive axle on the truck chassis.
Brakes:
Master cylinder, vacuum assist booster, wheel cylinder, hydraulic lines and fittings, and the disc brake calipers.
Steering:
Steering gear housing and all internal parts, power steering pump, valve body, piston, and rack.
Other Covered Parts:
Water pump, externally mounted fuel pump, radiator, alternator, generator, and starter.
